Privacy policy.
What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This document was drafted to match how the site actually operates today. It has not been reviewed by counsel. Requirements vary by state and by the regulations that apply to annuity and insurance businesses. Have an attorney review it before you rely on it.
The short version
We collect the information you choose to give us — your name, email, state, and whatever you write in a question or enquiry. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a question through our Ask a Question form, or contact us by email or phone, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The state you're based in, if you provide it
- The content of your question or message
If you book a review, we may also receive scheduling details through our booking provider, and whatever you choose to tell us during that conversation.
You are never required to give us financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or account credentials through this website, and you should not send them by email. If a review requires detailed financial information, we will tell you how to share it securely.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This is used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our host may set cookies strictly necessary to serve the site.
How we use it
- To answer your question or arrange your review
- To follow up once after a review, if you've had one
- To maintain records we're required to keep
- To improve the content on this site
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information. Not to carriers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone
- We don't share it with insurance carriers unless you ask us to, in connection with something you've decided to pursue
- We don't add you to a mailing list because you asked a question
- We don't cold-call. One follow-up after a review, and then only if you ask
Who else touches your data
We use third-party providers to run this site and communicate with you — a website host, a form-submission service, an email provider, and a scheduling tool. They process your information on our behalf and only to provide those services.
We may disclose information if legally required to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and longer where regulation requires it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we're required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email palmwealthcapital@gmail.com and we'll act on it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, including under state privacy laws. We'll honour valid requests under any law that applies to you.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — which is the reason we ask you not to send sensitive financial details by email.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
